1. 1; Registering for the shared license is required to accept our rules; the customer is obliged to read the site rules carefully.

1. 2; Using fake data, fake email will block the account.

1. 3; Creating multiple accounts on the site is not allowed, and the accounts will be blocked by the monitoring system.

1.4; Your email must be confirmed to place an order.

2. 1; When paying with a credit card, you must use real card information. If your payment is marked as risky, the transaction will be refunded, and if you make a risky payment again, your account will be blocked.

2. 2; Payment by PayPal A 6% PayPal fee must be paid by the customer, and this amount will be added to the invoice at the time of payment.

2. 6; The exact amount displayed must be sent to our wallet; our wallet is disposable and will change after payment, so you should not save it. Paying with crypto has a 10% bonus, which after paying your account will be 10% charged.

3. 1; Any insult to support or management in the ticket will cause the user account to be blocked.

3. 3; Solving technical problems takes 24 to 72 hours; in some cases, it may take up to 7 days (when software updates are needed).

3.4; If your server has a technical problem before buying a license, it will not be supported by us.

4. 1; It is not allowed to use another shared license at the same time as our license, and the license will be automatically suspended. You must remove the other shared license system.

4. 2; It is allowed to use the original license along with our license at the same time.

4. 3; Sending access to the site of the original license creator is allowed if you have completely removed our license; otherwise, the license will be suspended.

4. 4; The latest version of each license will be released on our license system after a few days.

5. 1; All the rules that are applied to customers are also applied to resellers.

5. 2; sharedlicense, as a reseller panel provider, provides a shared license of the whmcs module and API to resellers but is not responsible for the development of the module for the reseller. The customer is required to use the latest PHP version recommended to install the whmcs module.

5. 3; Reseller should not process orders from Special Offer products (because the normal price will be set).

6.1; 10 days before the remaining date of the license, an email renewal will be sent to the customer.
6.2; If the license is not renewed, the license will be terminated after 10 days, and if the license is needed again, it must be purchased again.

6.3; To automatically renew via balance, you must top up your account on our site.

7. 1; Any attempt to debug the license system will cause the user account to be blocked without prior notice.

7.2; Any manipulation in the execution of our commands will block your license.

8. 1; Solving whmcs problems, because only the license file is changed and no other changes are made in whmcs, is not under the technical support of sharedlicense and is related to the configuration department, and checking and solving the problem is done at a separate cost.

8. 2; JetBackup problems cannot be checked by the sharedlicense team due to the encryption of the source, and if the problem is not solved by our technical team after sending the ticket, you must get the original license and send it to the site that created the ticket.

8. 3; If you have used another shared license system and it has damaged your software, we are not responsible for solving its problems. (You must send a ticket to be checked.)

8. 4; We are not responsible for solving MySQL/MariaDB database problems and upgrading them, and you should send a ticket to the configuration department.

9. 1; Configuration takes 24 to 72 hours, and the customer must wait a maximum of 72 hours.

9. 2; A refund is possible if the configuration is not completed/delivered.

9. 3; The configuration is done once, and if the customer destroys the settings and configuration, sharedlicense is not responsible for this issue.

9. 4; The configuration is done only for the product that has been ordered, and the configuration of other software is done only in a basic way.

9. 5; After the delivery of the configuration, the customer can send his own configuration requests within 48 hours; after that, the customer’s ticket will be changed to normal mode.

9. 5; SMTP configuration is not a configuration service.

10. 1; If you have a balance and want to refund it using the payment method you used, you must send a ticket to the finance department; the cryptocurrency payment method cannot be refunded.

10. 2; If there is a problem in the license system and the technical team does not solve it within 24 hours, if you submit your request, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

10. 3; If you have a technical problem and your technical problem is related to the license system and our technical department does not solve it within 72 hours, the refund will be calculated for the remaining days and the refund will be made.

10. 4; If the license is not installed during installation and if our technical department does not solve it within 24 hours, 100% of the paid money will be refunded.

10. 5; If you send a refund request without any reason (up to 48 hours after payment or renewal, i.e., there must be 28 days left of the license days), a 100% refund will be given for all licenses except “cPanel, Cloudlinux, and Litespeed.” $1 will be deducted for the three licenses.
