LicensePOW Terms of Service

LicensePOW provides hosting and license services to clients worldwide. All clients are subject to the following terms of service.

Our Responsibilities

LicensePOW agrees to furnish services, which are paid for, to the Customer, subject to complete compliance to the AUP and TOS. LicensePOW reserves the right to refuse any potential customer at its sole discretion. Failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the policies/terms is grounds for account deactivation.

Our Products and Services

LicensePOW only provides digital services. We do not sell any physical products. Our services include software licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, CloudLinux, etc.), server solutions, and optimization services.

Refund Policy

All services rendered by LicensePOW are eligible for a limited refund. Refund covers the hosting/license service plan itself and does not include additional services such as SSL certificates, domain registration, etc. Refunds are only offered within 7 days of account registration and only apply to the first service of a new client.

Billing & Late Payments

We bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually depending on the plan. LicensePOW invoices for all services 10 days prior to the due date. You are responsible for arranging payment by the due date. Accounts that become past due will be subject to a 10% late fee after 5 days.

Disputes and Chargebacks

The Customer acknowledges that any attempt to dispute or initiate a chargeback will result in suspension of all services and a fine of $100 assessed to the customer's account. A chargeback imposed under false pretenses is considered fraudulent.

Support

We provide 24/7 technical support. For hosting and license issues, we respond within 4 hours via support ticket or live chat. WhatsApp support is available. LicensePOW is not responsible for any data loss associated with misconfiguration of scripts.

Cancellation of Services

Breaking of any legal rules gives LicensePOW the right to cancel any contracts at any time. Monthly licenses can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

Account Suspension

If we find any issues, abuse, or illegal activities on your account, we will immediately suspend your account and send you a notice. If you do not reply within 24 hours, we have the right to permanently remove your account.

Limitation of Liability

LicensePOW shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason.

Disclaimer

LicensePOW cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. LicensePOW retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies without notification.
